Which one to pick

Both plan your training. Mitta shows its working.

Fitbod and Mitta both decide what you do next. The difference is in how: Mitta uses fixed, published rules and shows the reason behind every weight, so you can check it and change it.

  • Fitbod is the better pick if…you want a native app today and you are happy to let an algorithm pick fresh workouts for you each time.
  • Mitta is the better pick if…you want to see why a weight was chosen, keep a steady plan you can follow week to week, and track food in the same app.
  • Switching is easyExport your Fitbod history as a CSV and import it. Your records and targets start from what you have already lifted.

How does Mitta choose my weights?

With fixed rules, not guesswork: hit the top of your rep range on every set and the weight goes up one step; otherwise you add a rep. Every target has a “Why?” that shows the rule and the sessions behind it.
