What it does

A lighter target, not a diagnosis.

When you flag pain, Mitta lowers the next target for that exercise by about 10% and offers two other exercises that use the same muscles. It does not know what is wrong, and it can’t make an exercise safe for an injury. If pain comes back or does not go away, see a doctor or physiotherapist.
