Which one to pick

Pick Hevy for the community. Pick Mitta for the plan.

Hevy is a polished log that many lifters love, with a feed to follow friends. Mitta leaves out the social side on purpose and puts training and food in one plan instead.

  • Hevy is the better pick if…you like sharing workouts and following others, you want a native app and watch app today, and you don’t need help with food.
  • Mitta is the better pick if…you want a target for every set without paying for it, a plan that fits your week, and your food in the same place.
  • Switching is easyExport your Hevy history as a CSV and import it. Your records and targets start from what you have already lifted.

Questions about
Mitta vs Hevy

What are the limits of Hevy Free?

According to Hevy’s help centre, Free allows 4 routines, 7 custom exercises and 3 months of data history. Hevy Pro removes those limits and adds the warm-up calculator and Trainer.

Can I bring my Hevy history to Mitta?

Yes. Export your history from Hevy as a CSV file and import it into Mitta. Exercises are matched to the Mitta library, and importing is free.

Can I use Mitta today?

Mitta is in beta. Invited testers use the web app now; the iPhone app comes next and Android later. Apply on the beta page to get an invite.

Does Mitta have a social feed?

No, on purpose. Mitta is about your own plan. You can share a workout or a recap as an image wherever you like.
