Updates/Week 45·ProgressPro
Your expected race time and records in Progress.
Progress has a Hybrid fitness section: your expected finish time as a range, from your own runs, station times and races. After a race, enter your splits and see where the time went.

What changed
- Your expected finish time as a range, with your goal time on the same bar
- Why? shows what the range rests on: your kilometres after a station, your station times, and the average finisher for stations without your own time
- Records per run distance and per station; a time at race weight comes first
- Your 5 km tests and simulations over time
- Enter your splits straight after your finish time; the Roxzone is worked out for you
- After the race: your time next to the expected range, split into running, stations and transitions
- Your race splits count towards your records and your next expected time
- Records are in every plan; the expected time and your measurements are part of Pro
- Fixed: changing your finish time no longer clears your splits, and times never show as 2:60
