Why we changed it

Training is more than lifting.

Padel, a run club or a long ride all load your body and change what you can lift tomorrow. Keeping them in the same place keeps your week honest.

  • Any sport, any dayPadel and other sports can be planned on their own.
  • Matched automaticallyA hand-logged run is completed by Apple Health data instead of doubled.
  • One day overviewA single page for everything on a date.

Smaller changes

Things you might notice along the way.

  • On the same day, strength comes before cardio
  • Your own cardio has a type, days and a goal
  • The weekly cardio view shows minutes per sport next to the common 150-minutes-a-week recommendation

Which plan

Cardio and nearly 50 sports
